Rotary plastic welding machines are typically used to weld two circular thermoplastic workpieces. One workpiece is fixed on the bottom mold, while the other is secured on a fixture attached to a precise servo-driven rotary spindle. With a certain pressure applied between the two workpieces, high-speed rotational friction between the upper and lower circular components generates heat at the contact surfaces, converting mechanical energy into thermal energy. Once the contact surfaces melt, the rotation stops instantly at a preset position under pressure, welding the two workpieces together into a permanent fusion and forming a tight, sealed assembly that meets welding requirements. Suitable for hot melt welding of circular products made of thermoplastics such as PE, PP, nylon, etc., it is also not limited by workpiece size or material.

1. The spindle rotation is driven by a precise servo motor, providing high torque output and angular positioning capability, ensuring rotational accuracy is controlled within 1 degree.
2. Process control utilizes a programmable logic controller (PLC), offering all necessary controls and functions.
3. LCD touchscreen control panel with a human-machine interface (HMI) for setting and adjusting welding parameters: pressure, rotational speed (RPM), revolutions per cycle (RPC), welding time, and holding time. Welding quality is monitored and controlled via parameters such as RPM, RPC, and torque.
4. Two welding modes: time-based welding mode and revolution-based welding mode, meeting requirements for both positioned and non-positioned welding. Precise RPM control makes it suitable for welding circular plastic workpieces of various sizes.
5. High-rigidity structural design and precision-engineered transmission mechanisms effectively prevent vibrations during machine start/stop, ensuring high reliability and durability.
6. Convenient and quick mold change design, allowing for precise adjustment of welding molds.
Human-Machine Interface Function Introduction
(1) Check the status of all parts of the equipment. If no abnormalities are detected, turn on the power supply and switch on the power; the screen will display the following interface: This screen primarily shows the equipment supplier information. Click the "Operation" button to enter the system interface.
(2) Monitoring screen: This interface is used for operating the equipment in automatic mode;
Current mode: Adjust motor rotation direction
Fault detection: When a welding fault occurs, the screen displays corresponding fault information to quickly identify the issue and resolve it promptly.
